Walk through our outdoor botanical garden in this moving meditation – a way to move into a meditative state of awareness without sitting still. This walk frees your mind to take in the experience on any level, and involves nothing more than focusing on your breath and walking in silence and reflection. To begin we set an intention to resolve conflict, aid in decision making, express gratitude, or simply to provide relaxation, then journey in silence.
