  • This class will strengthen your posterior (back) muscles and stretch your anterior (front) muscles. Throughout our daily lives we are put into positions our bodies aren’t meant to do repetitively like sitting at a desk or commuting in a car for extended amounts of time. Many injuries come from poor posture and mal-alignment, these moves will help you stay ahead of the game!
