Pronounced “Hatta,” Yoga poses are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and mediation are also integrated. Full body relaxation and balance are the goal as we move the body into its full range of motion using standing poses, twists, backbends, forward bends and hip openers. Good for all levels.
